SYDNEY
The film Skin, directed by Rhys Graham, examines the 15-year collaboration between tattooist/artist Ex De Medici and her subject Geoff Ostling, as they negotiate the possibility of bequeathing Geoff's tattooed skin as an artwork when he dies.
Geoff is also the subject of Nick Stathopoulos' portrait The bequest (image), a finalist in the 2010 Archibald Prize.
This half-hour screening will be followed by a half-hour discussion with Geoff.
