SYDNEY CHILDREN'S FESTIVAL
Back this year at CarriageWorks, bigger and better with even more crazy and creative fun!
The action will take place from 27 September - 9 October at Sydney's home for contemporary culture, CarriageWorks.
Some of the cool things that will be coming to CarriageWorks for the festival include:
Circus Monoxide - the contemporary Australian circus puts on special performances, as well as circus-skills workshops
A huge Literary Program - developed in association with the Children's Book Council of Australia
The Grimstones - the sell-out gothic fairytale performed with adorable quirky marionette puppets and sign language
Experimenta's Utopia Now - a massive interactive multimedia exhibition
Massive Visual Art Program - reaching from Newcastle to Unanderra
Sydney Children's Festival Choir - singing specially composed songs for the festival
Kids Garden Project - returning twice as big and encouraging little green fingers
The Taste Trail - an adventure for the tastebuds around Eveleigh Farmers Markets, finishing up with a delicious fresh lunch
Crazy & creative fun in the September/October school holidays 2010.
