KATHY KNUDSEN is a Sydney-based chef, freelance recipe developer and cake decorator. After completing an apprenticeship in a leading hotel in Sydney, she spent six months working as a chef at the Sheraton, Alice Springs. Kathy has more than 20 years industry experience as a chef, food editor, food stylist and recipe developer. She lives on the Northern Beaches with her husband and three young children who love to help their mum bake!
