It's that time of year again for the orphanage boys' choir. For three years in a row they have won the national competition, breaking hearts with their soaring harmonies. Miss Lawson is determined to win again and she's putting the boys through their paces. Andrew is the most popular of the boys, idolised by the other boys and a clear favourite of Miss Lawson. But things are changing in the choir. Behind the smiling faces and godlike harmonies, a dark secret holds the choir together. As loyalties shift and revelations unfold, the boys discover the depth to which they have been betrayed and discover to what lengths they will go to protect their brotherhood.
